Only a twelve minute stroll to the nearest beach and twenty minutes from Mudeford Quay, a great spot for crabbing, this seaside cottage offers plenty of activities and attractions within the area for the whole family to enjoy. If you fancy a night off cooking, a ten minute stroll away is The Nelson in Mudeford or catch the ferry over to the sand spit and visit the popular Beach Café & Bar.

 

Set across one floor, this property is stylish, spacious and bright. The open plan living area is relaxing and perfect for down time with a 47” TV and Sky Box, great for cosying up and catching a movie. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing a family feast and you can socialise and catch up over the dining table. There is a handy utility room with room to store buggies and where washing essentials can be found. The master bedroom is spacious with a king-size bed and en-suite with a large shower and WC. There are a further two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with two single beds. The family bathroom features a bath with shower over and WC. A travel cot is available for babies if required.

 

Outside the property benefits from a large fully enclosed garden, great for basking in the sun and a patio area with furniture for outdoor dining on warmer evenings.

Lovely holiday home, very spacious. The open plan living area was really good and there was a lovely garden. The location was perfect only took a short walk to reach the beach or quay. Mudeford is a great place for a holiday with lots of fabulous walks.

We had a great week at No 21. A perfect location and a well equipped property with loads of space for the family including my two grandchildren. Lots to do locally around Mudeford and Christchurch for all ages.

This is a beautiful bungalow that has everything you might need. It is excellently equiped and the welcome pack is a lovely touch. The bungalow was warm and comfortable. We had a wet and windy week over new year. However there was plenty of room to chill out of the rain and read or play games. Only 10 mins from beach on foot. Would happily stay again

This is a beautiful bungalow in a perfect location for local beaches. Its in a very quiet road too. Beds were a little hard but ok for a week. The kitchen has all you need. Theres loads of storage in the bedrooms which is great when youre on holiday. Would definitely stay here again

Bungalow is in great location, mostly clean and comfortable. However lots of cobwebs and the cafetiere had old coffee in it and was mouldy. We reported it at the time but couldn't get another one until the following day, we had to go and buy one.

Beautiful holiday home, everything you could possibly want for a lovely holiday. Easy walking distance to the beach and Mudeford Quay. If the weather is right, a lovely way to go the Christchurch is take the ferry boat from Mudeford Quay across to the sandbank and then another boat into Christchurch. Another lovely walk is from Mudeford Beach to StRead moreeamer Point Nature Reserve then on to HighCliffe Castle, passing all the beach huts. There is a bus stop is within 200 metres of the property. Beautiful house in a great location. 15 mins walk to the beach and Cafe/restaurants. Clean, well equipped and huge - much bigger than the website pictures. Some building work being carried out across the road but builders started work around 8.30am so not too early. Lovely garden but some road noise. The owners do have cctv cameras both at the fronRead moret and back of the house. Do try The Jetty for fine dining, Naked Lobster on the beach for breakfast and The Riverside for roast dinner. Hide
