On entering the cottage you will find yourself in the welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With exposed beams, ample seating, TV and DVD, the lounge is ideal for relaxing in. There is also a sofa bed which can be made up to sleep either an adult or up to two children. With a pleasantly situated dining area and a stylish, contemporary kitchen area equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment and microwave, this is an ideal base for your self catering holiday. There is also a shared utility room with fridge and freezer facilities and a washing machine available in an outbuilding. Completing the ground floor is the bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading upstairs you will find a comfortable and spacious super king-size bedroom, which has French doors opening out onto the private enclosed balcony.
Stepping outside you will have access to the shared lawns, with a small ornamental pond (please take care with children). There is a seating area to the rear of the property where you can relax, or you can explore the extensive grounds. You will also have use of a shared utility room, containing fridge and freezer facilities and a washing machine.
