After a morning swim in the swimming pool, set out on foot for the traditional Dorset seaside village of Charmouth. Here you will find an array of shops and pubs just a short walk from the door, ideal for stocking up on provisions or enjoying a hearty meal at the end of a long walk. The Jurassic Coastline boasts a Natural World Heritage site status and span 95 miles of the Dorset and East Devon coastline, with breath-taking views at every step. There are many attractions in the area including the charming resorts of Beer, Branscombe and numerous National Trust properties and gardens to name but a few.
This cosy hideaway is clean and bright with an open-plan layout and contemporary comforts throughout. Prepare romantic meals for two in the spacious kitchen, which contains an integrated oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Dine at the small table nearby before taking to the comfortable sofa for a cosy night in front of the Freeview TV/DVD. The super-king-size bedroom, which can be made up as a twin upon request, is located on the first floor and features a Velux window, a TV and useful dressing table. There is a modern en-suite bathroom with overhead shower on this floor, together with a separate WC on the ground floor.
Outside, there is a sunny rear patio area with charming table and chairs, perfect for enjoying morning cups of coffee while planning the day ahead. Guests are invited to enjoy the leisure facilities of the neighbouring holiday park, which includes a shared covered outdoor heated swimming pool (open during specific dates only and not available all year, please refer to the 'need to know' section for details) and the Char Valley coffee shop. Also available for adults’ use, at a reduced charge, is the well-equipped Char Valley Health Club with gymnasium, indoor pool, sauna and steam room.
