The cottage is spacious, comfortable, light and airy, well served by the village shop, The Old Harry Bar and a bus route to Bournemouth and Swanage. The beaches are within walking distance, Knoll beach was the most spacious.

We are regular bookers at this cottage. Location great, easy to find, local shop, village feel, good equipment and accessible housekeepers and owner. A comfortable stay, we love it. Shame the road is getting very busy.

A beautiful location handy for beach and Old Harry Club . A few areas of improvement throughout the cottage fed back to owners however nothing too serious. Overall we rated 3 out of 5 .

This cottage is in a fantastic location. Its in easy reach of some lovely beaches and walks. The bar at the end of the road does lovely pizzas. The shop at the cross roads sells everything. The beach cafes are very convenient and the cakes at Manor Farm Cafe are delicious!

Heathland Cottage is a beautiful, spacious house, perfectly located in Studland. A short walk to the village store and Old Harrys Bar, and walkable to The Bankes Arms and local beaches, I cant wait to return.

Recommend this cottage wholeheartedly. Very well located to access all the wonders of Studland, and also further afield on the Breezer bus which stops right outside. Comfortable beds, powerful shower, great kitchen facilities. Thank you!
