This spacious accommodation is located in Southbourne, a vibrant suburb of Bournemouth, ideally placed to enjoy all this seaside destination has to offer, from the wonderful selection of cafes, bars and restaurants close by, to its’ sandy beaches featuring promenades of beach huts. If you fancy hiring one for the day, then the owner can arrange this directly with you. Next door is the beautiful town of Christchurch, steeped in history, this makes for a great day out for the whole family, from the magnificent Grade I listed castle of Highcliffe to the 2.4 mile Christchurch coastal path from the cliff tops to Steamer point Nature Reserve and onto Mudeford Quay.

Head up the stairs to the first floor where you are welcomed into a warm and inviting space, the open-plan lounge/diner with TV featuring Apple TV and DVD player can be found first, featuring a dining table with ample seating for the whole group. The master king-size bedroom is located opposite with a TV. Further along the corridor is the kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, an American diner theme runs throughout with breakfast bars and stools and additional diner style seating surrounded by large windows overlooking the garden. The utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer sits in between the bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and shower room with shower and WC. The double bedroom with TV completes this level. Head up into the loft area where the two single bedrooms can be found.

At the front of the property is a beautifully maintained garden featuring a patio with seating, a great spot to sit and relax after a busy day exploring, whilst enjoying the pretty flowers that surround you. Off street parking is available for one car.

We had an amazing stay at Farley, it was lovely and homely and spacious, the bed in master was so comfortable. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our dog Clover loved the dog bed. A lovely touch with the wine, fudge and dog treats. Location was perfect for places to eat and drink and great for a short walk to the dog frienRead moredly beach. A roomy apartment which easily fit 5 adults and a child, location was perfect, it was just off the high street and from there it was a short walk to the sandy beach, the apartment was very well equipped and the host left a welcome pack including dog treats which our pet appreciated. The apartment is set over the 1st and 2nd floor of a large house aRead morend has its own entrance, there is a flight of stairs you need to climb to get inside, no problem for most but maybe for some. The apartment was beautiful, large rooms, extremely comfortable beds. Very bright and airy. Very well equipped. Lovely garden. Great location near restaurants and shops. Beaches a few mins walk. Would highly recommend. Thank you for flowers, biscuits tea coffee and wine. Great week.

A lovely apartment in a quiet street but also close to the main throughfare with pubs and restaurants and a frequent bus service. The weather during our visit was not overly hot except for the first day when we were exploring the surroundings so we did not get to use the garden area.

Excellent location, shops, bars and restaurants 1 min round corner and beach a 10 min stroll Generally a good property with the odd bit of TLC needed. Stairs to property are very steep so not suitable for all. Plenty of off road parking as well as the one space allocated.

Farley is a great cottage close to local shops, quiet and very cosy. We are coming very often to Poole/Bournemouth and it is the best cottage we had to rent with an attractive price. We'll be back !!!!!!!

Fantastic place to stay for a holiday. Walking distance to the beach. The house is lovely and clean and is very well equipped, the owner has thought of everything to cater for your stay here. Liked it so much that we will be staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely 4 bedroom apartment. It is extremely well-maintained - comfortable bedrooms, washing and drying facilities, bathroom and additional shower room, lovely kitchen overlooking the road and comfortable living room area. Everything was supplied to make arrival easy. From coffee, tea, sugar, milk, dishwasher tablets and washing machine laundry tablets. It felt most welcoming.

A very thoughtfully put together property with everything from welcome biscuits to dog beds to board games. The location was great for the beach and other local amenities for those rainy days! Southbourne was a lovely area.
