The traditional seaside town of Swanage has many attractions, including a striking bay backed by a golden sandy beach, a good selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants and amusements suitable for all ages. This picturesque region is also a popular base for long walks in the Purbeck Hills, via the South West Coast path or for exploring further inland. Head five miles north west and visit Corfe Castle, home to historic castle ruins cared for by the National Trust and accessible via steam railway. You can find beautiful un-spoilt beaches at Studland, two miles north east. From here you can also take the chain ferry across to Bournemouth and Poole.
From the driveway head up an incline to the entrance into this stylish detached house. Once inside you are met with a welcoming hallway with space to store coats and boots. The garden has a patio with furniture immediately beside the house as well as a secondary seating area with fire pit positioned to catch the evening sun. An unenclosed area of lawn that belongs to the property is set to the side (accessed from the side gate or front) and is the ideal spot for a ball game. The garage houses a tumble dryer. To the front of the house is a gently sloping driveway suitable for three cars.
