The coastal town of Swanage boasts a beautiful bay with a golden sand beach, plus a great selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There are a wide range of amusements to keep the whole family entertained, including traditional Punch and Judy shows, fishing, pedaloes, arcades and crazy golf, which are set around a charming Victorian pier. There are coastal walks aplenty nearby and a thriving steam railway line that runs from the heart of Swanage to the picturesque village of Corfe Castle, which is home to castle ruins cared for by the National Trust. Durlston Country Park is also well worth a visit and offers fabulous views over the bay.
A short path leads from the roadside into this Victorian end-of-terrace property. Once inside, a hallway leads to the lounge on the left, which is a comfortable space with a Smart TV. Next, you will come to the inviting dining room, which leads into a contemporary galley-style kitchen to the rear of the property. This space has everything you need to cook up a storm with a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading back into the entrance hall, you will find the staircase rising to the first floor. A half landing gives access to a bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a bunk bedroom. To the left of the staircase is a bright and airy king-size bedroom, which lies to the front of the property with a bay window, and a pretty double with a view of the garden. A further staircase leads to the second floor where there is a twin bedroom. Due to its position within the eaves, there are some areas of restricted head height in this room, which only adds to its charm.
Heading outside via the kitchen you will find a fully enclosed courtyard-style garden, complete with charcoal BBQ and garden furniture.
