This stylish, pet-friendly property is ideally placed for families to enjoy the traditional seaside town of Weymouth, before returning to relax in comfortable, contemporary surroundings.

This property is conveniently set in a residential area within easy reach of all that vibrant Weymouth has to offer. This coastal town has a sandy beach backed with shops, cafés and restaurants aplenty. The harbour is also well worth a visit, where you can take a boat trip or try your hand at fishing. The area is rich in history, being home to the Victorian Nothe Fort (1 mile) and ancient ruins of the cliffside Sandsfoot Castle (1.5 miles). Take a trip to Portland, with its traditional lighthouse and stunning 16th-century castle (both within 7 miles), or explore the rugged pebble swathes of Chesil beach (3 miles).

The entrance into this mid terrace property can be found beside the street and opens into a traditional hallway, with the lounge on your right. Entering this cheerful and tastefully decorated property, you will find the main lounge, which is a light, friendly space, with large bay window seating, Smart TV and two comfy sofas . Next door to the lounge is bedroom 4 that has a king-size bedroom with Sky TV. Further into the hallway is a compact separate WC set under the stairs and access into the spacious kitchen/diner. This stylish room is equipped with an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is space opposite which accommodates an 8 seater dining table. A flight of stairs from the hallway leads up to the first-floor landing where you will find bedroom 3 with a king-size bed, and a large modern family bathroom with bath, separate shower enclosure and WC. A further flight of three steps leads to a landing that takes you into bedroom 1 with a king-size bed and bedroom 2 that has two 3’ single beds.

Double doors lead from the dining area into the private courtyard garden with an outdoor table and chairs, fully enclosed with use of a charcoal BBQ. A parking permit is supplied for Two cars in The Swannery Car Park, approx. 350m from the property. Unloading is possible directly outside of the property (subject to availability).

A lovely property for a family break for three generation's and a dog! It was very well equipped with lots of space and comfy beds. The additional tvs and sky was an added feature. A great stay for humans and dogs - centrally located and enough space for us all with enough crockery/cutlery etc to cater across a few days. Spotless, easy instructions and good communication. Bonus to have the courtyard too, and a relatively quiet street.

Well equipped comfortable house within walking distance of the promenade. We had a great week in the immaculately clean home with superb beds and nice linen. The parking for 2 cars is a great addition too even though its a bit further than we expected. This house was perfect for our family trip. We had 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs (Labrador and staffie) with us and we had plenty of room. The house is laid out well and the kitchen is well-stocked. The location was absolutely perfect for the beach and shops. Having the supermarkets (Morrisons, ASDA, Sainsbury's and Aldi and Lidl) within a short Read moredrive was great. There's a corner shop a stone's throw from the house for essentials too. Great accommodation, easily accessible for the beach. town and station. Only downside was no parking outside but it was within a 5 min walk and safe. The house was really well furnished, spacious and very homely. A perfect base for Weymouth. Thank you - a fab start to 2024

The cottage was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to cook any meal you required, although we ate out most of the time. The three double bedrooms was a bonus for us with two adult children, most places only offer single rooms. The road had very little through traffic, parking for loading and unloading was a slight issue as there aRead morere very few spaces on the street, this is off set with the parking pass for the car park the rest of the week. Perfect location, just a few minutes from the seafront and all the local amenities. Really well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Great place for a family holiday in Weymouth.

Not a bad location, around a 20 minute walk from the harbour. Beds super comfy. House is generally okay, a bit expensive for a basic 3 bed terraced and wasn't super clean. Would stay again but it is fairly basic for the price. Car Park pass useful.

The kitchen was well equipped but the dishwasher filter was clogged up on arrival and even when cleaned it did not clean dishes properly. The cleaners confirmed that verbally as we left at the end. The managing agents promised that a BBQ would be provided on arrival but it did not turn up despite 2 phone calls during our stay. The beach parasol wasRead more broken and the garden picnic table had no parasol. This was reported to the managing agents but no action was taken as with the BBQ. Hide

Very good location, only a short walk to the sea front and the main town. The car park is only a 5 minute walk and you get to park for an hour outside the property which makes loading and unloading easy. The road itself can be quite noisy at night, as it is a part of a one way system near the train station so had more vehicular traffic then you'd tRead morehink. The property is everything we hoped for and more. There are two lounges, both looked very comfortable. We only used the front one. The kitchen was very well equipped. Really felt at home in this house. It was very warm and comfortable with a good amount of equipment. The only downside is not being able to park outside the property. Perfect location, comfort and cleanliness. The beds are amazingly comfy, so huge as well, must be super kings! The house was very warm and clean.
