An ideal bolthole for two, this charming loft-style studio apartment is a great choice for those wishing to explore all that the beautiful Isle of Purbeck has to offer before relaxing in comfort.

Swanage is a traditional coastal town with a popular sandy beach and a great selection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Rolling hills surround the town, ensuring you’ll have the best of both worlds when it comes to walking routes, with the South West Coast Path, Ballard Down and Durlston Country Park all within 2 miles. From here, you can take the steam train to Corfe Castle, which is home to castle ruins cared for by the National Trust as well as pretty streets to explore. Within 14 miles are many attractions including Monkey World, The Tank Museum, RSPB Arne, walled town of Wareham, Studland and Tyneham village.

Adjacent to the owners’ home, yet with privacy assured, a private entrance gate leads to the door into this first-floor apartment. Once inside, you are met with a small vestibule and narrow staircase leading to the property. There is a welcoming open-plan living space, with comfortable seating, TV and room to dine. The room is cleverly divided to create a bedroom space, complete with a double bed, distant sea glimpse and a Juliet balcony. Due to the setting within the eaves, there are some areas of restricted head height and a floor level beam beside the bed, care is to be taken. Heading back through the lounge area and up a step you will find the compact kitchen, which is equipped with an electric hob, combination microwave oven and fridge with ice compartment. Just next door is a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

The property is accessed through a private courtyard with seating and covered bike storage, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee. To the front of the property is a shared drive with off-road parking space for one car. Additional roadside parking is subject to availability.

Lovely comfortable well equipped flat.Close to seafront 20 minutes walk (at a slow walk) from centre. Great to have parking and as we brought our e own bikes the secure bike storage was great. Loads to do in the area .Corfe castle not to be missed .Plenty of places to eat out Salt pig particularly good. Flat has good cooking facilities and equipmenRead moret. Lovely bedding,soft towels ,washing up liquid and cloth provided. Nice welcome pack and oil vinegar ,salt and pepper provided. Nothing missed Hide

Lovely clean & cosy property which was very well equipped.Great location for days out in the car and just a few minutes walk to the beach and town centre. Nothing was too much trouble and they were great, when i contacted the owners Alison & Haydn for a little help and guidance. We would definitely return back there one day.

Really well cared for property, location very central and quiet despite only being 10 minutes from the beach. Great also for walks and bus station if you dont want to use car during your stay.

The accommodation was beautiful and very well thought out. It was immaculately clean and very well equipped. We had a lovely welcome basket which was such a nice surprise. It was an easy walk into Swanage town centre and even quicker to the seafront. The accommodation is close to all the amenities but is in such a peaceful place with good views as Read morewell. Although this place is an annexe on the side of the owners property dont let that put you off. The location is in a very quiet Cul de Sac a 5 min walk to the beach and the town. Its beautiful, very clean and well equipped . The owners are very nice people and happy chat and give advice on places to eat and visit. Corfe Castle is amazing and the walRead morek to Harry's Rock is hilly but worth the time. The Black Swan serves great food at a great price but you will need to book . We will stay again. Hide

Arnewood is just perfect for couples. Lovely quiet part of Swanage. Apartment has been very cleverly designed to use the space available to make a very stylish home from home. Kitchen is well equipped. Bed extremely comfortable. Excellent over bath shower with lots of pressure. Off road parking. We definitely will be staying there again.

The apartment was well equipped,all of which was good quality. It was spotless clean and tidy, furniture and bedding were extremely comfortable. The apartment was ideally situated to reach the town and sea front. A nice touch that two cycles with helmets were also provided for your use. A lovely apartment and value for money.
