The nearby River Stour boasts some excellent wild swimming spots, perfect for the summer months or explore local towns including Shaftesbury (8 miles), home to the iconic Gold Hill.
Accessed via an unmade lane and shared drive, this semi-detached converted barn is timber clad and has lovely far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside. Set within an organic farm, sliding doors give access into the light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. To the rear of the space is the kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is space to dine just opposite and comfortable seating in the living area, both areas allow for you to appreciate the privacy and outside beauty of the farm. The large comfy sofa beside the wood burner allows for you to fully relax of an evening while making use of the Smart TV. A shower room with walk-in shower and WC is on the ground floor, stairs rising to the first floor located between kitchen and bathroom. Here you will find a king-size bedroom with balcony window so you can really take in the breath-taking scenery and a comfortable twin bedroom just opposite. A separate WC is placed between the two bedrooms. Due to the setting within the eaves, there are some areas of restricted head height, which only adds to the character and charm of the converted building.
To the rear of the property is an open terrace with dividing privacy fence, a hot tub is located here for your own private use so you can relax in the bubbles while watching the end of an enjoyable day fade away into the sunset. A picnic bench, charcoal BBQ (in the summer months) are on the patio area which leads out to a large open field,ideal for all outdoor adventures.
