Set at the end of a characterful terrace, a shared pathway leads to the private entrance door into the cottage. Once inside you are met with a welcoming open-plan lounge/diner. This inviting room has a seating area to the front complete with smart TV and a sociable dining area to the rear, ideal for leisurely family meals. A doorway leads from here into the compact kitchen, where you can prepare your favourite dishes. A steep and narrow staircase rises from the dining area to the first floor where you will find a light and bright king-size bedroom and the bathroom. A further flight of steep and narrow cottage style stairs will take you into the eaves of the property where there is a twin bedroom with lovely views across the rooftops to the distant hills and sea beyond. Please note that due to the setting at the top of the house there are some areas of restricted head height and open access to the stairs within this room.
A door leads through a small porch into the outside space. Stone steps give access to an enclosed garden with natural stone paving (uneven in places), furniture and established planting, which is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee.
