This handsome Victorian barn conversion is located in a peaceful setting on the edge of the Cranborne Chase National Landscape and close to a wide variety of Wiltshire’s renowned attractions. Children and dogs are welcome, making this lovely property an ideal escape for families as well as couples or groups of friends. The historic market town of Shaftesbury is just 2.5 miles away – don’t miss its famously steep Gold Hill which has wonderful views, and the fascinating Shaftesbury Abbey Museum. There are more shops to explore and places to eat in the delightful towns of Blandford Forum, Sherborne, Gillingham and Salisbury, all within 21 miles. And for a family day out, you can reach Compton Abbas Airfield, Longleat Safari Park, Stonehenge, Monkey World and Bovington Tank Museum in less than 30 miles.

Prepare to be wowed as you step into the grand entrance hall, with its double-height ceiling, beautiful beams and staircase which divides into two mezzanines. The final bedroom, a twin with en-suite shower room, is just across the landing.

The barn is one of a complex of farm-building conversions set around a shared courtyard garden. The lawned area has outdoor furniture and a BBQ, a great spot for sipping a drink or grilling some delicious local produce as the sun goes down. Meanwhile, the little ones can tire themselves out using the trampoline, swings, slide and football goals, while canine companions can run around off the lead in the dog exercise field. You’ll also have off-road parking for two cars.
